Teleworking was occasional, the pandemic generalized it, making us enter into a new phenomenon, to the point of excess.

After Twitter, which first considered “teleworking for life” for some of its employees, Facebook has followed suit.

We are now witnessing a real “zoomification” of the world that goes far beyond the giants of Silicon Valley alone.

Axa recently welcomed the extension of its teleworking strategy (this group offers its employees to work at home two days a week, editor's note) to its entire organization around the world.

This would be ideal for the well-being of employees and for the efficiency of teams.

Here we are arguing the opposite!
