A court decision suspended the collection of the double life pension for Vice President Cristina Kirchner.
The surrogate federal judge Ezequiel Pérez Nami accepted the appeals presented by the ANSeS and by opposition deputies.
Cristina had asked to receive a pension for being a former president and another for being the widow of Néstor Kirchner.
Until there is a final resolution, you will only collect a benefit.
The judge's writing is brief: “The appeals filed are freely granted, in accordance with the provisions of art.
243 of the CPCCN ”, indicates Pérez Nami in the file entitled“ Fernández Cristina Elisabet v / Ministry of Social Development and others s / nullity of administrative act ”.
The one-page ruling stipulates that the presentations made by ANSES and opposition deputies be submitted to the National Chamber of Social Security.
"The present proceedings are duly elevated to Her Excellency CFSS," he writes.
The judicial decision is suspensive.
In other words, it freezes the previous ruling that enabled former president Cristina Kirchner to receive two privileged pensions: the one that corresponds to her as a former president and, at the same time, the pension as a widow of former president Néstor Kirchner, both of a life nature.
The Judge already made room for our presentation and granted the appeal on the privileges of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
The file will go to the Federal Chamber of Social Security.
