An Iraqi policeman was killed and two others were wounded in an armed attack on a police checkpoint in the Kirkuk governorate in northern Iraq.
Alsumaria News quoted an Iraqi security source as saying that the attack took place in the Daquq area, killing a policeman and wounding two others, indicating that clashes erupted after the attack.
Earlier today, Iraqi forces arrested eight ISIS terrorists in the Kirkuk governorate, north of the country.
