A demonstration took place in the French capital, Paris, to protest work conditions, public services, and high unemployment in light of the spread of the Corona epidemic.
According to the French newspaper Medi Libre, “About 300 people gathered in front of the Cruzette car company before leaving in a procession on the Croplac Street in Paris,” noting that the speeches made by the participants addressed the fragility of working conditions in light of the spread of the epidemic.
The demonstration was attended by employees of Cruzette and Merlin Gerin, the bulk of which were members of the Federation of Trade Unions in France.
Dozens of cities across France have seen demonstrations and protests recently denouncing the "comprehensive security" law. The French security forces met with repression, using various methods, in addition to dozens of arrests campaigns.
