What is going on with the plans for the Isartal tank and rest area near Zusatzorf?
Josef Seebacher, press spokesman for the Autobahn Directorate, reported something new to our newspaper when asked: A more intensive comparison of locations was needed and, above all, “nature conservation-related detailed stories” had to be worked through.
He left open whether this would ultimately lead to a new assessment of the entire site.

It is controversial whether it has to be Zusatzorf.
The local council of Langenpreising is strictly against it, arguing not only with the land consumption, but also with the fact that it would then be the only municipality in Germany with two motorway parking spaces.
Nobody is thinking of dismantling the existing parking spaces at the Moosburg Süd motorway exit.
