Hasaka-Sana
Residents of the Rashidiyya village in the Shaddadi region in the southern countryside of Hasaka took part in a demonstration to protest the crimes of the “Qasd militia,” supported by the US occupation forces, against the people in their area.
Local sources reported to SANA's correspondent that the protesters demanded the necessity to leave the "Qasd militia" from their area, stop the crimes committed by its militants against the people, stop the kidnappings of young men to their market to forcible recruitment, and return the dozens of those who were forcibly forced to fight in its ranks.
The sources pointed out that the people blocked roads with burning tires and expelled vehicles and cars belonging to the "Qasd militia" from the village and threw stones at them.
Over the past months, the people of Hasaka and Deir Ezzor have taken out many demonstrations condemning the criminal practices of the "Qasd" groups, with the support of the American occupation forces, and the militia gunmen were dispersing the demonstrators by firing live bullets at them, which led to the death of a number of them and wounding others.
