The most "my little duck": Rôtisserie de la Tour d'Argent
The chef (and MOF) of the legendary Tour d'Argent Yannick Franques has created a “Joli Cœur” menu for the house's brasserie, made up of pressed poultry and foie gras, plum chutney and fine champagne. (cold starter), a bream cooked in the dish, duxelles of mushrooms and roasted chestnut velvet (dish to be reheated) and a bright red “Coeur-à-Cœur” dessert made of biscuit and crispy almond, redcurrant confit and pomegranate mousse.
The menu can be enriched with champagne, mixed aperitif and Comté.
Finally, a breakfast formula for Sunday morning (€ 59 for 2, with half a bottle of rosé champagne).
