In a statement to the SANA delegate, the assistant minister indicated that within 48 hours from the date of issuance of the results of the automatic “written” examination and the practical test of the two demobilized, the ministry will transfer the results to the central apparatus, and after its approval by the Ministry of Development, the Ministry of Development issues a decision with the names of those admitted to contract according to the governorate and the party to contract with.

In his turn, the head of the Quality and Institutional Development Department at the Administrative Performance Support and Measurement Center, Mahalail Khazem, indicated that the questions of the laid-offs in the first and second categories of exams depended on functional ability to be personal, cultural and skillful, pointing out that they are applied for the first time in the history of employment competitions.
He indicated that the public bodies in which the laid-offs will be appointed according to their wishes will train them for a period of six months, in accordance with the Ministry of Administrative Development Resolution No. 55 of 2020.
The director of the Institutional Organization Department, Eng. Basil Haidar, stated that this is the first time that work centers are accurately described in terms of name, category, main and subsidiary organizational units, and the technical tasks assigned to the work center to which the contestant will apply, and then publish them to the applicants so that they can clearly define their desires in coordination with State institutions, explaining that the automatic examination was approved for the first and second categories without an oral interview, in order to reduce the possibilities of interference by the personal worker, while the third, fourth and fifth categories of committees for each category are tested according to specific standards according to laws and regulations.
