A terrible scene awaited the police in the Weilheim-Schongau district that evening.
The Kripo investigates a homicide.
On Friday evening, February 5th, 2021, a 69-year-old woman was found dead in an apartment.
The 66-year-old husband, who was also seriously injured in the apartment, is strongly suspected of having killed his wife.
The Weilheim criminal police immediately took over the investigation.

- On Friday evening (February 5) around 6.45 p.m., a large number of police and rescue services in Untereberfing in the Weilheim-Schongau district moved to a residential building.
The emergency services found a lifeless woman in one apartment.
Any help came too late for the 69-year-old.
The injuries that were inflicted on her were so severe that she died in the home.
The officers also found her husband at the scene.
The 66-year-old also had serious injuries.
After receiving initial medical attention, he was taken to a hospital by rescue helicopter.
How exactly his condition is remains unclear.
However, he was apparently fit enough on Saturday so that the investigating judge could read him the arrest warrant at the request of the prosecutor.

Because the criminal police in Weilheim immediately took over the investigation into the suspicion of a homicide under the direction of the Munich II public prosecutor's office.
And according to the current state of investigation by the Weilheim criminal investigation agency, the husband is urgently suspected of having killed his wife.
Apparently an argument preceded the act.
After that he is said to have inflicted his serious injuries himself.
