Tonight (Saturday), Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will hold a consultation with Health Minister Yuli Edelstein, Education Minister Yoav Galant and Finance Minister Israel Katz, to discuss the continued exit from the quarantine and the opening of the education system towards its end tomorrow at 07:00.
Prior to the meeting, the Ministry of Health clarified that the education system should be opened only from Tuesday, with the assessment that in any case the educational institutions will not complete the preparations for opening before then.
The Ministry of Health clarified that they are ready to open kindergartens, grades 1-4 and grades 11-12, only in the green and yellow cities.
Regarding the orange and red cities, the capabilities and needs of education will be discussed compared to the capabilities of the health system.
On the night between Thursday and Friday, the government approved the extension of the closure until tomorrow at 07:00, following a compromise reached between Prime Minister Netanyahu, Health Minister Edelstein and Defense Minister Ganz.
According to the unanimously approved compromise decision, the current restrictions will be extended until Sunday morning, instead of until midnight Sunday, as Netanyahu and Edelstein initially wanted.

In addition, one-on-one treatments will be allowed, the B & Bs will be opened to nuclear families, food purchases will be renewed at the takeaway and jobs will be opened without a reception.
However, the education system will not open this coming Sunday, because there is a need for coordination with the Ministry of Education, and preparations for the opening of studies.
