The series "Guests on Love" embodies the current time and the repercussions of the years of war on Syria through dramatic lines that reflect the difficulties the young generation suffers from and affect its ambitions and quest to prove its presence in life, in addition to several love stories, each of which has its own peculiarity and destiny within the context of work.
The work, which is currently being filmed under the direction of director Fahd Miri, was written by scriptwriter Samer Muhammad Ismail and produced by the General Organization for Television and Radio Production, and a number of Syrian drama stars participate in it.
Writer Ismail said in a statement to SANA: “Guests on Love are an attempt to accomplish a pure Syrian drama that brings us back to the television novel and to that distinctive Syrian flavor in the midst of the proliferation of so-called environmental works and series that focus on gangs and those that display luxurious decorations and costumes and everything related to the so-called Alban Arab. ”
Ismail stressed that his obsession with presenting a text that reflects the Syrian reality, away from beautification, with a focus on figures closer to the reality of Syrians in wartime, especially those that overlook the younger generation and what is against them today and prevents the realization of their dreams.
Artists Fayez Kazak, Zuhair Ramadan, Gerges Jabara, Shukran Murtaja, Fadi Sobeih, Waddah Halloum, Jenny Esber, Rana Karam, Karam Shaarani, Kholoud Issa, Bilal Martini, Heba Zahra, Rana Al-Adham and others participate in the work tournament.
