After surprisingly high prices at RMI tenders in the Neve Gan neighborhood of Ramat Hasharon, ICR Israel Canada Ram Residence and Tzemach Hamerman signed a memorandum of understanding for the construction of a luxury residential neighborhood.
The neighborhood will be built in Ramat Hasharon, adjacent to Tel Baruch in north Tel Aviv, and will include 13 neighborhood buildings and shopping centers.
Apartment prices start at NIS 3.5 million.
The value of the purchase of the land is about NIS 714 million.
The expected sales value is about NIS 1.6 billion.
The partnership will be launched subject to the completion of the purchase of the plots and the receipt of RMI approval.
The Neve Gan neighborhood in Ramat Hasharon, also known as the West Strip Strip, is a new and sought-after neighborhood, which is ranked at the top of the state's socio-economic top.
