Ashkelon Magistrate's Court Judge Yehuda Lieblein today (Sunday) ordered the detention of Galit Tzarfati, a mother who went underground with her son, for three days.
Police asked to extend her detention for six days.
A Frenchwoman, who was arrested on Friday in the north while her 5-year-old son was in her custody, is suspected of violating a legal provision, contempt of court and kidnapping from legal custody of a guardian.

As you may recall, a Frenchman and her son have been missing for the past two weeks.
Last Thursday, the police asked the public for help in locating them.
During the search for them, Galit's mother and sister were detained for questioning on suspicion of aiding her.
The two were released under house arrest.
The mother and her son went underground following a custody dispute, which has been going on for a long time in various courts, until the Family Court in Kiryat Gat ruled that the child be transferred to his father's custody due to the mother's danger. The mother appealed to the district court and it sided with the father, and so did the Supreme Court.
