The new neighborhood in Be'er Sheva has only 2 last plots left for marketing

According to the Ministry of Housing, since the Israel Land Authority began marketing the land in the Park neighborhood in Be'er Sheva, under the leadership of Mayor Rubik Danilovich, almost all 4,000 units approved for marketing (and about 4,500 plus Shebes) have been marketed.
Only recently have plots of land been successfully marketed for 634 apartments in the Park neighborhood, with the stock of available plots running out.
In fact there are 2 last plots left.
The marketing of the neighborhood began in April 2017, when there was only sand in the place, and in less than 4 years the neighborhood was established.
The Be'er Sheva municipality has begun registering for kindergartens and first grades for the next school year, ahead of the spring and summer population.

According to the plan, in September most of the construction of the public areas, parks, educational institutions and public buildings will be completed.
To date most of the new neighborhoods built have suffered birth defects because the population preceded development.
It seems that in this case the early development has certainly contributed to the increase in demand.
An analysis of the hundreds of buyers in the projects of Shoval and Salit companies shows that 80% of the buyers are residents of the city and the region.
78% are homeless, aged 27 to 32, parents of 2 children on average.
22% are young people aged 22 to 28. 85% of the buyers stated that they intend to live in the neighborhood.
"Despite the corona, we are witnessing a significant increase in sales," said Shaike Nafha, owner and CEO of Salit. "People now see in their eyes the realization of the commitment to anticipate development for the population and to ensure the quality of life in the neighborhood."
