Cyberport Waterfront Park is suspected of recurring poison bait incident.

Yesterday (7th) an Indian woman reported that her dog died suddenly after walking in Cyberport Park. Together with this case, at least three suspected dog poisoning incidents have been discovered in Cyberport. The Association stated in its reply to "Hong Kong 01", Yesterday the association received enquiries from several dog owners who had brought their dogs to Cyberport. Afterwards, the dog owners have taken their dogs to the clinic for treatment. It is not convenient to disclose the relevant details.

The love association continued that last year a dog lover offered 100,000 red to pursue the suspect, and that person once again issued red through the meeting yesterday, hoping to bring the murderer to justice as soon as possible.

In response to "Hong Kong 01", the Association stated that the Association received calls from several dog owners who had taken their dogs to Cyberport yesterday. The owners have taken their dogs to a familiar veterinary clinic for treatment.

Inspectors of the Association of Love Association have searched for dog bait afterwards and will continue to follow up on the situation. Since the police have opened a case for investigation, it is inconvenient for the Association to make detailed comments.

The Association strongly condemns the evil acts of poisoning animals and reminds that any poisoning of animals is illegal. Once convicted of animal cruelty, the maximum penalty is a fine of 200,000 Hong Kong dollars and imprisonment for three years.

In addition, the association issued an announcement stating that a dog lover, following the incident last year, offered a reward of 100,000 Hong Kong dollars for the case through the meeting earlier, and Wangyuan brought the suspect to justice as soon as possible.

The announcement stated that if members of the public report to the SPCA during the validity period of the reward notice, and the perpetrators are arrested and convicted by the court, they will receive a full or proportional reward.

There have been many suspected dog poisoning incidents in the Cyberport Waterfront Park. A dog was killed after being suspected of eating poisonous bait while walking on the site.

The police received another report from an Indian woman yesterday that she had taken her dog for a walk in a park on Cyberport Road. The dog died after returning home feeling unwell. It is currently investigating whether the dog had accidentally eaten anything.
