There is already an agreement between Democrats and Republicans for the rules of the second impeachment against Donald Trump.

The process against the former president will last for a maximum of eight days and there will be up to 16 hours to present the case for each side, which will begin with a maximum of four hours for each to present initial arguments this Wednesday, February 9.
