When we finished being impressed by the impressive cloud with the absorptive capabilities of "Aziza", we became enthusiastic about the meat that is in it • and also: what happened when we told them "put everything" • The daily delivery
The diet went, not bad.

Once upon a time, somewhere towards the end of 2019, when Corona was the name of a beer, the Aziza restaurant opened in the industrial area of Raanana.
The idea is of a place that puts you in whatever you want in pita.
Did I say pita?
Sorry.
I meant a type of cloud with impressive absorbency.
Aziza's menu stars various types of fine meats that go into the pita with a variety of pampering toppings.
The flagship dish is a home-made, high-quality kebab, but I must say that the most successful dish for me was a long-cooked decomposed asado.
We also tasted the grilled chicken slices, the Brazilian sausages and the shawarma.
We ordered all the dishes in the style known as "Put me all".
This "everything" from "Aziza" includes - tahini, ambala, tomatoes and grilled onions, chopped salad, spicy on the grill and pickles.
Aziza's meats are very good.
The flavors are strong and the feeling is of meat made in the right size and just for you.
A combination of something homey and professional.
But the reason why you should order from "Aziza" is neither the meat nor the generous toppings, but a completely different ingredient in the dish.
I must stress that I am a little angry about "Aziza".
For the past two years I have been trying to minimize eating carbs.
But when ordering from "Aziza", it is impossible to give up the carbohydrate base that actually holds the entire brand - the pita.
These are steamed, thick and extremely flexible pitas that miraculously manage to contain an almost unimaginable amount of ingredients.
The hard pita on the outside withstands the load admirably and does not fall apart.
Even those who order a dish of kebab, chicken or sabih for a working day, should not be afraid of his shirt.
As one progresses in eating one discovers the fine flavors absorbed in the pita.
The juices from the meat, from the vegetables made on the grill, combined with the tahini, ambala and pickles leave you with a juicy and airy dough that you just want to eat more and more of.
Unlike other skewers or falafel stands, here the pita is not just an excuse to fill.
It is the true meaning of the meal and the reason to pick up the phone in the days of the Corona or jump in to take a takeaway in the days after the Corona and enjoy it satisfying and delicious.
