The Turkish regime authorities issued arrest warrants for 54 people under the pretext of their association with the organization of the preacher Fethullah Gülen, whom the authorities of this regime accuse of being behind the coup d'état in the country in 2016.
The Anadolu News Agency, speaking on behalf of the Turkish regime, quoted security sources as saying today: “The authorities in Balq Asir province, in the west of the country, issued arrest warrants for 54 people, including 36 soldiers on active duty, as well as former military officials who were expelled and retired. During raids of their homes, the rest is being searched for.
Since the attempted coup, the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan has launched a campaign of arrests and dismissals from work that covered all public sectors and led to the arrest of tens of thousands of opponents and the dismissal or suspension of work of about 150,000 government employees, members of the army, police, judiciary, media and others.
