This Monday, February 8, Éva Loubrieu, one of the two women who accuse the mayor of Draveil (Essonne) Georges Tron and his ex-deputy Brigitte Gruel of "rape" and "sexual assault", spent the day telling the Paris Assize Court his version of the facts.

Born in 1974, Éva Loubrieu obtained a literary baccalaureate in 1993, looked for her way for a few years then turned to bookbinding and gilding.

"Operating mode"
It was in the spring of 2007, when she met Christelle S., another town hall employee who told her that she was also having an affair with the mayor, that the click occurred.

, Georges Tron would have resumed his

The complainant confides:
“Things go on like this.
I do not react because it is too late, because as and when my being disintegrates, I no longer know how to act.
Over time, my free will disappears, and the only thing I remember is that feeling of being their sex object.
I am not abused, but I am the object they use for their pleasure, exclusively.

Ten years of "hell"
For their part, Georges Tron and Brigitte Gruel affirm staunchly that nothing has ever happened either between them, or with Éva Loubrieu, Virginie Ettel or other employees of the town hall.
The politician only admits having had an affair with a certain Sylvie D., now deputy mayor of Draveil.
In its decision of first instance, in November 2018, the Assize Court of Seine-Saint-Denis nevertheless retained the existence of a
“general hypersexualized climate between Georges Tron and several of his collaborators”,
while acquitting the accused acts of “rape” and “sexual assault” for which they were accused.
