Shira Isakov received a divorce today (Tuesday) from her husband Aviad Moshe, the defendant who tried to murder her at their home in Mitzpe Ramon on New Year's Eve.
This, after Moshe refused his first hearing on Iscove's request - and was sent to the dungeon.
Last week, after receiving the divorce claim of 31-year-old Isakov, the rabbinical court in Haifa summoned the parties to a hearing.
The court clarified to 45-year-old Moshe that if he refuses, he will face additional sanctions for the arrest he is serving for the attempted murder.
The rabbis rejected Moshe's demands, and today he acceded to Iscove's request.
