In its final indictment, the prosecution requests a criminal trial for four people, including Alexandre Benalla, now 29 years old, accused in particular of having committed "willful violence", in this case which poisoned the first part of the presidency of Emmanuel Macron.
The final decision on a trial now rests with the investigating judges responsible for these investigations.
