So also with Duchess Kate and Prince William.
Every employee in the royal house has to sign endlessly long contracts so that no private details can be made public.
But apart from that, there are also certain regulations for the nannies.
Certain words may not be pronounced in the royal family, never.

Maria Borrallo is the nanny of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Since Prince Georg was eight months old, she has been looking after the children of the royal couple.
Borrallo completed her training as a nanny at Norland College, Bath, England.
It is considered the most recognized and important training for nannies-to-be.
There they also learn how to communicate with a royal family, as well as words that have no place in the parlance of a nanny.

Instead, the word "Children" or the direct names are preferred.
“It is a sign of respect for the children as individuals,” the book author explains in the interview.
She can also well imagine that she and the Duchess are a tight-knit team and that Kate can rely on Borrallo: "I imagine that their relationship is very close and that they work well and harmoniously together in looking after the children".
