Among the elements in support of this, also the absence of fingerprints as a possible demonstration of the possible premeditated prudence of the killer.
The latest checks revealed that not even on the windows, as well as on the external doors, there were no signs of forced entry.
The first police car, upon his arrival, shortly after the crime, had found the garage door open.
On the dynamics of the murder, bloodstains have been isolated on the upper floors: that is, the murderer began his attack there and ended it in the kitchen area on the ground floor with a knife used from behind.
This would also explain one of the latest news on the reliefs: no footprints of the murderer were found, either at the crime scene or outside the house.
Finally, it emerged that the woman had sued her husband, from whom she had separated in 2018, to complain about the lack of compensation for some tens of thousands of euros related to her employment in the family business: the next hearing - the second in the case - with the witnesses of the parties, it had been set for February 26 before the Labor Judge of the Court of Ravenna.
