Mexico records 531 deaths and more than 3,800 cases of corona

Mexico recorded 531 deaths and 3,868 new infections with the emerging coronavirus yesterday.

In a statement, the Mexican Ministry of Health stated that the total deaths from the disease reached 166731 cases, while the total number of injuries reached one million and 936013 injuries.

The government believes that the actual number of injuries and deaths in the country is much greater than the recorded cases.

In turn, the National Health Commission in China announced today the registration of 14 new cases of the virus, all from abroad, which is the same as the number of infections the previous day, bringing the total to 89,720 cases, while the number of deaths remains constant at 4,636 cases.

In Morocco, 234 new cases of the virus were recorded yesterday, down from 389 the previous day, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 475,589.

The Moroccan Ministry of Health also recorded 14 new deaths, up from 13 yesterday, which brings the total deaths to 8,408 cases, noting that the number of those who received vaccination against the virus reached 550,149 people, as of yesterday.

And in the United States, Republican Representative from Texas, Ron Wright, died yesterday at the age of 67, as a result of his infection with the virus, becoming the first member of Congress to die of this disease.

Wright announced on the 21st of last month that he had been infected with an infected person.
