Many of us buy much more than we really need, which leads to unnecessary food throwing.
A ticking video flooding the net, comes to put an end to waste and extend the shelf life of the vegetables you bought, using a simple solution of a glass of water and refrigeration for two hours in the refrigerator.
"We all buy a little more than we consume so here is an easy method that will revive your vegetables and allow you to use them," says the person who posted the video in question, Elisha Rudenklau.
According to the method of Rodenklau, the British housewife, the lower part of the broccoli gases should be cut, and put back in a glass of water for one to two hours in the refrigerator.
After cooling the stem, it appears more stable, less withered and ready for cooking and eating.
Rudenklau notes in the video that this method is possible in almost any vegetable that seems a bit withered.
The reactions to the video were not long in coming, praising the method in question.
One of the viewers responded "Does it really work? Why doesn't it open the news release?", One wrote "Listen, it's really a factor that changes the rules of the game".
The pizza that scorched the ticking
Rodenklau's method joins a series of videos that come to give tips for recipes and new-old flavors, including a video showing how to make a pizza made from garlic bread and bolognese.
The owner of the video, Laura Rowan, explains that we should make the pasta bolognese ingredients we are all familiar with, and at the same time bake the garlic bread in the oven.
Just before the end of baking the bread and when the pasta is almost ready, combine the two and put the pasta and meat on the pizza dough.
Rowan introduced the video and wrote: "It's so delicious, you have to try it."
Her video was so viral, with over 700,000 views and 45 likes.
