The Life Skills Team of the Homs Culture Directorate, in cooperation with the Adolescent Team of the Syrian Authority for Family and Population Affairs, organized an interactive activity and awareness sessions to prevent Coronavirus in the children's section of the Cultural Center in the city, targeting children from five years to 16 years old.
In a statement to SANA correspondent, Saba Wassouf, head of the Life Skills team in Homs, indicated that with the spread of the Corona pandemic, it was necessary to go to the children’s category, as they are the most important link in this axis with the aim of teaching them ways to prevent the virus and maintain their psychological and moral balance, indicating that these awareness activities are presented through paragraphs Varied and full of explanation and content.
In turn, Aya Aslam, a supervisor in the youth team, said that today's activity was opened by telling a story about the virus in addition to the memory game that motivates children to link shared drawings with the same idea through their pictorial memory.
The activity was concluded, according to Ibrahim Al-Hayek, one of the youths participating in the initiative, with the game of ladder and corona, which is based on the principle of the cartoon dice cube and the information-rich square model.
