Chen Zhaoshi emphasized that the person in charge of the relevant venue must continue to maintain the restrictions on the number of people in the venue, wear masks, take body temperature and disinfect and other epidemic prevention measures, and must meet two new conditions:

1. The staff of the venue must be tested every 14 days and the negative results shall be kept for review.

Employees can receive the first test as early as 7 days before the resumption of business (February 11-15).

2. The person in charge of the venue must request users to use the Anxin travel app or register personal information before entering the venue to effectively assist in recording their whereabouts and investigations.

Chen Zhaoshi added that the health department or individual requires different industries to install more favorable ventilation devices before reopening.

She said that if a violation is found, the venue may be banned for 3 to 14 days.

The government has conditionally reopened "some outdoor sports venues involving less physical contact activities" from February 9th:
