Corona Daily Update: 41 patients died within a day, a decrease in the percentage of positive tests

The Ministry of Health updated that the number of infected in the country increased to 706,416 people, following 80,928 additional tests conducted, of which 7.8% were positive.

The number of active patients rose to 70,270, but the number of seriously ill patients dropped to 1,020, of whom 317 were respirators.

The Ministry of Health updated this morning (Wednesday) that 6,062 people have been diagnosed in Corona in the past day.

This increased the number of verified infections in Israel to 706,416.

Yesterday, results were obtained for 80,928 tests, with the percentage of positive for the virus being 7.8%.

The test data and their results are not final and may change in subsequent updates from the Ministry of Health.

The number of active patients is 70,270.

The hospitals hospitalize 1,606 patients, of whom 317 are respirators and 1,020 are seriously ill.

As of today, 1,020 people have died from the corona virus in Israel.

Yesterday, 7,761 people were diagnosed in Corona.

The number of tests was 91,209, of which 8.5% were positive for the virus.

At the same time, the vaccination campaign among Israeli citizens continues.

130,000 people were vaccinated yesterday, 65,000 of them for the second time.

A total of about 3.6 million citizens have been vaccinated so far, of which about 2.2 have received the second dose.
