As a reminder, the 33-year-old nurse, mother of two children, mysteriously disappeared on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn.
The young woman's husband, Cédric Jubillar, claims to have noticed his absence around 4 a.m., after being awakened by the tears of one of his children.
Contacted by Le Figaro, Maître Philippe Pressecq, the lawyer for two cousins and four relatives of Delphine Jubillar, believes that we must "
remain very careful
" and "
let the investigators work
".
Reactivating the phone gives him three possibilities.
"
Either she is alive and it is a voluntary departure, or she is sequestered, or her phone has been stolen
", indicates the lawyer.
A month ago, an "empty" message posted on a Facebook group by the profile of the young woman had raised hope.
But this track had given nothing, rather suggesting a "bug".
