A 39-year-old Audi driver lurched drunk on Tuesday (February 9th) from Föching to the Holzkirchen HEP.
In the process, he shaved street posts and almost knocked over a woman with a stroller in the HEP.
The police are looking for witnesses.

- Fortunately, nothing worse happened: A 39-year-old from Holzkirchen looked into the glass far too deeply when he sat behind the wheel of his silver-colored Audi A4 early in the afternoon on Tuesday (February 9).
Thanks to an attentive witness, the police managed to intercept the drunk man a little later at his front door.
As reported by the Holzkirchen police, the lurching Audi was first noticed at around 1:50 p.m. in Föching (market town of Holzkirchen).
The car was on the road through the town (district road MB 4) in the direction of Holzkirchen.
The 39-year-old's obvious driving errors alerted another road user.
She was able to watch the Audi bypassing some traffic posts in Föching and then driving on towards Holzkirchen without stopping.
Audi drives through the HEP parking deck
The silver A4 made it over the roundabout at the entrance to the village and reached the roundabout at the HEP shopping center on Rosenheimer Straße.
According to the police, the man drove into the parking deck.
Another witness reported that the Audi almost rammed a woman with a stroller.
The woman was just able to avoid it.
The driver of the car behind alerted the police who were in pursuit.
A patrol spotted the Audi, which in the meantime had also hit the curb.
The man, a Romanian citizen who lives in Holzkirchen, was finally checked at his apartment.
The police determined that there was “considerable alcoholism”. Blood was drawn.

The police estimate the property damage determined so far at around 1750 euros.
The 39-year-old now has to answer for, among other things, drunkenness in traffic, unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident and road traffic hazard.
The Holzkirchen Police Inspectorate assumes that other witnesses have observed the swaying and asks for information under the number 08024/90 740. In particular, information is requested from the woman with a pram who, according to the testimony of the man at the HEP entrance, is almost closed would have been approached.
