A preliminary investigation was opened against a former official of the Departmental Union FO of Finistère after the filing of "
several complaints for acts of a sexual nature
", announced Wednesday to AFP the prosecutor of Brest Camille Miansoni.
"
There are many complaints received for acts of a sexual nature against a former head of this organization,
" said Camille Miansoni.
"
A preliminary investigation is underway,
" he adds.

We are four to have lodged a complaint in October
", assured AFP Nolwenn (assumed name), 32, employee of the Departmental Union (UD), specifying that the other complaints had also been filed by employees of the organization.

I lodged a complaint for harassment and sexual assault over ten years,
” she explains.

I knew this situation in connection with the secretary general of the UD, since March 2020
", reacted to AFP the secretary general of Force Ouvrière, Yves Veyrier.

Such facts are absolutely unacceptable and condemnable,
" he added.
After denouncing the facts in March 2020 "
our attacker was excluded
", assures the leaflet from seven employees of the UD, all women, out of the eight employees in the organization.

Today, those who spoke and those who support them are victims of reprisals from the current leadership of the organization,
" they denounce however.

Since the beginning of January, we have all been on sick leave,

Today, the UD has set up with an external firm an analysis of the situation in terms of the risks incurred and the measures to be taken
