The homeowners are known for their warm and inviting nature and often host.

Therefore, the rationale was to create for them a spacious and well-lit public space.

Similarly, the basement floor has large English courtyards that flood it with natural light, at the same time serving as intimate balconies at the exit from the bedrooms and giving it a feeling of living space for all intents and purposes.

The goal was clear from the beginning of the process - creating a warm, inviting and open home that is suitable for hospitality.

It was important for the homeowners to create a meticulous yet homely and natural look in warm and sophisticated colors and materials at the same time sophisticated.

The entrance to the house is accompanied by natural Israeli landscaping that reflects the character and occupation of the homeowners.

The flat plot helped create a floor on one level.

The development of the area remains authentic, thanks to the use of mature trees that have grown in the estate area.

The envelope of the house was designed in an H-shape, thus creating a balance and separation between the public wing and the private wing.

The front door is located in the center of the building and as soon as it opens, the entire public space unfolds.

The exit openings to the balcony are located opposite and on the horizon you can see the pergola and the pool, whose color blends well with the color palette chosen into the house.

The parquet floor and the exposed and sloping roof enhance the feeling of space and height in the space.

The wooden beams of the roof, made of white pine (Douglas), have undergone a process of brushing and rinsing until a brown look is combined with white, which also emphasizes the warmth of the space.

The walls were painted in a varied cream shade with the addition of a grayish brown tone.

In practice the walls get a soft and contemporary expression and serve as an ideal backdrop for furniture in the space.

The dynamics between the living room, the dining area and the kitchen are evident in the design (Photo: PR, Gilad Redt)

The living room, dining area and kitchen are showcased and the connection and dynamics between them are evident.

As in many homes in Israel, here too the kitchen serves as the center of activity of the home.

The couple loves and often cooks and hosts and the kitchen design is true to this concept.

The style chosen is the countryside of Eretz Israel.

The parquet floor, which is laid out in the public space, penetrates as a direct continuation also into the kitchen itself and harmoniously connects to a strip of painted tiles installed in the hinge where the faucet and sink are located.

The same strap continues inward continuously to the adjoining laundry room.

A protruding window floods the kitchen with light and serves as an additional surface for placing accessories, pickle jars and potted plants.

The facades of the kitchen are painted in a off-white hue and the island in the center in a delicate aqua light blue hue.

The top platter of the island is made of European oak and so is the dining table that is adjacent to the island and serves as a daily and family dining area.

A lace-patterned pottery lamp was hung in the center, adding a soft and romantic dimension.

The formal dining area, located nearby, is made of processed oak with a rustic finish and can easily accommodate 12 diners.

Rustic and eclectic look.

The furniture in the living room is carefully selected.

The textile shades combine colors of gray-brown combined with touches of aqua.

The furniture placement allows for a relaxed conversation circle and includes a wide and deep upholstered sofa upholstered with exterior stitching in a formal but inviting look, two particularly comfortable armchairs with a slightly higher seat that are also suitable for accommodating slightly older people and a fun casual LOVE SEAT with a good book Hand and feet up.

The accessories scattered in the public space in general and in the living room in particular contribute to creating a rustic and eclectic look.

Elements of painted pottery, lanterns, items made of hammered brass were incorporated, and the flowers, picked once every few days from the garden, fill the house with a refreshing colorfulness.

The family corner is hidden and separate from the public space and is located next to the kitchen.

There family members hang out, eat, laugh and watch TV together.

The corner fabric sofa is especially comfortable and fun to lie on.

Its gray color blends in with the scheme of colors and materials in the space.

The details of the press stand out, such as the baskets and tables in different shades of brown, and the knitted wool footstool in the antique pink shade, which brings diversity and a prominent color point to the space.

The modern rug and decorative pillows add textures, patterns and layers.

The family corner leads to the exit to the pergola where the barbecue stand and outdoor dining area are located, from where you can also move to the additional outdoor entertaining areas.

The landlady claims that the pergolas designed at the exit from the public space and the family corner actually constitute the beating heart of the house and indeed they are often hosted in them and in almost any weather.

The couple's bedroom suite includes, in addition to the bedroom, a walk-in closet that also serves as a hallway through which to move to the bathroom.

The colorfulness in the space is a direct continuation of this in the rest of the house.

The large windows showcase the lush views of the garden and pool and the bedroom itself includes an exit to an intimate and separate pergola designed especially for the couple.

The basement floor has two separate descents: directly from the entrance floor or through an external staircase.

The English courtyards are specially designed to let a lot of natural light into the floor level.

They create a sense of living space for everything.

The floor is divided into two separate wings by a long corridor that also serves as a storage space and as a parallel kitchen.

On one side of the floor is a family wing and on the other side, separate living suites that have a large and comfortable closet and bathroom for each and also an exit to a personal sun terrace.

The colors in the spaces are bright, pleasant and warm.

The parquet floor and the stylish cabinets in a mocha gray shade, create an elegant and cozy space.
