In Ramat Gan, the educational institutions will open on Sunday: "Understand the parents" • In Ness Ziona, only the kindergartens will open tomorrow: "Take care of soft absorption" • Some NAMAT dormitories will not open: "At least two days are needed to prepare" We will not renew the studies until we receive clear instructions "

The green, yellow cities and some of the orange cities will return to schools tomorrow (Thursday).

However, some cities have chosen to postpone their return to routine for Sunday - in order to prepare properly.

The one who chose to do this, and not for the first time, is the Ramat Gan municipality.

The last time they chose to postpone the return to the gardens for a day, the garden staffs were inspected and seven verified blue staff members were found.

These diagnoses were very helpful in dealing with the virus.

"On the way to the decision, a number of consultations were held with professionals, principals and parent committees that fully supported the decision," said Ramat Gan Mayor Carmel Shama Hacohen. "Naturally, there will be parents who from a personal point of view want to return to school at any cost. We understand their hearts and the various hardships, but the public responsibility is solely on us, even if it is an unpopular decision. "

Kindergartens and elementary schools will return in full, except in neighborhoods that remain red or educational institutions where a significant portion of students come from red neighborhoods.

The reasons for the decision are: to allow three days of tests by education staff and children;

Increasing immunization effect;

And reducing the risk of infection.

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon has updated that classes in all neighborhoods of the city will not resume tomorrow, although earlier teaching staff in another city announced.

This, he said, is due to the lack of clarity between the Corona Cabinet decision regarding the guidelines regarding orange neighborhoods.

The municipality said that "studies will resume when clear instructions are received from the Ministry of Health and the Corona Cabinet."

At the same time, the city of Ness Ziona has decided that the kindergartens will open tomorrow, but the school students will return on Sunday after completing the preparations.

"We are making every effort to return the children to the frameworks while maintaining their safety and health," explains Mayor Shmuel Boxer. "We have been able to assess the responsibility for returning to the frames according to the outline."

Meital Ben Dor, director of the kindergarten department, noted that the kindergarten teachers were preparing for the opening.

"We took care to perform some scenarios. We expect a soft absorption of the children while creating a comprehensive response after a long period at home."

Limor Shmeonov, principal of the Nitzanim School, added: "We are prepared to close the educational gaps with an emphasis on providing social emotional support to children and beating them face-to-face and not through screens."

Meanwhile, the Gezer Regional Council has decided that in some localities, which are defined as orange or on the orange border the kindergartens will not open the educational institutions.

These are the successful settlements of Nof Ayalon and Azaria, which are red, as well as Beit Hashmonay, Yad Rambam and Shaalvim, which are orange.

Another delay that is expected to occur is in the opening of day care centers, even in cities where they can be opened.

NAMAT has announced that some of its day care centers will only open on Friday and others on Sunday - due to the need to prepare, clean the dormitories, recruit caregivers, and order food.

"The government's maximum mess policy puts children, parents and educational staff in a state of constant confusion," said Naamat chairman Hagit Peer. She said, "Prime ministers know very well that it takes at least two days to allow the frameworks to open - to return sick staff. "Nevertheless, we are in an accelerated preparation and are working to allow maximum opening in areas that the government has already defined tomorrow. Our commitment is to return the toddlers to the frameworks as soon as possible while maintaining their health and releasing the parents to their livelihood."
