The Kowloon City Police District and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department focused their inspections on a number of goods obstructing streets and unlicensed black spots, including Hou Wong Road, Nga Tsin Wai Road, Carpenter Road, and To Kwa Wan in Kowloon City from the 28th of last month to the 7th of this month. In the day-long operation, the two law enforcement agencies conducted 50 prosecutions in the above locations for obstruction and violation of cleansing laws in public places, and arrested or voted against four unlicensed traffickers and arrested one person who failed to produce identification documents. At the same time, more than 18 tons of cargo and garbage were seized at the above locations.

The police will continue to work with relevant departments to conduct joint operations against black spots in the district.
