For a few years the municipality looked for a suitable location for a second primary school. Now it has been decided: The new school building is to be built in Goldach.

For a few years the municipality looked for a suitable location for a second primary school.

Now it has been decided: The new school building is to be built in Goldach.

Hallbergmoos

- For a total of six areas in the local area, the municipal council has readjusted the urban development course with the new zoning plan: "Area G" with 3.2 hectares is reserved for the second elementary school, the new Goldacher fire station and for living.

Previously, the area was designated as an area for living and green areas.

It has been known for some time that the new Hallbergmoos fire station is to be built on Predazzoallee.

A corresponding FNP change creates the basis for this: Area "B" north of Dornierstrasse to Maximilianstrasse covers 3.8 hectares.

In the eastern area between Graben and the street “Am Söldnermoos”, a common area is set for the fire station.

A commercial area lies west of the trench.

A general residential area is shown east of Kochstrasse and north of Predazzoallee.

To the west of Kochstrasse and north of Predazzoallee the representation is to be made as a mixed area.

A "problem area" that is excluded

After a long discussion, however, one “problem area” was excluded: the “middle section” between the two watercourses.

"If we over plan that, we will raise the price of land without knowing where we are going," said Rudi Zeilhofer (CSU).

Christian Krätschmer (CSU) and Thomas Henning (FW) hinted at the option of a “supra-regional school” in the debate.

Meanwhile, Stefan Kronner (SPD) spoke out against an “isolated solution”.

Marcus Mey (CSU) also protested vehemently: “Here massive particular interests are involved.

It is not okay that certain people here apparently know more than others. ”Building authority director Frank Zimmermann agreed with Mey: The decision should not be about a possible upgrading of a property.

The majority (16: 7) saw it differently - and removed the "middle section" from the change in plan.

FMG contributes to relieving the housing market

In view of the high demand for affordable living space, the municipality has adapted the land use plan for a residential construction project by Flughafen München GmbH and added areas (around four hectares) for the "Ludwigstrasse residential area" (F).

With the project, it is said from the town hall, the FMG is making a contribution to relieving the housing market in the airport region.

In addition, 7.5 hectares were set as residential area north and south of the extended Predazzoallee.

The municipality is responding to the high demand for commercial space with the designation of an industrial park with 31.3 hectares south of Dornierstrasse (area C).

On the extension of Predazzoallee (planning area A), about 7.5 hectares in the FNP are residential areas and green spaces.

Enough space for a solar system

For the construction of an open-space photovoltaic system, a route in the northern part of the town (D) is being adapted: The sustainability working group has examined the potential.

Now a 110 meter long strip is to run along the S-Bahn tracks.

The municipality must first apply to the district office to remove the area from the landscape protection area.

A (southern) bypass is being planned to relieve the traffic on the roundabout on the B 301 / Ludwigstrasse.

The corresponding area (E) has been redrawn in the FNP change.
