"It is said that every child needs one adult to believe in him," the "Survival" and "Big Brother" presenter opened his moving farewell post from whoever was his commander in the army, and moved the surfers.

"She was sitting behind a huge table, a long black braid with a cigarette in her hand. 'Yes, sir, this country, why do you suffer with such a face?' 'Sorry, Commander, but… I'm a little tired, every base we get to perform at. Zo-Eretz for his first meeting with the late Lt. Col. Etty Burstein, who was the head of the IDF Education Branch during his military service.

"I knew what I wanted to do but I was terribly afraid to tell her," Zo-Eretz wrote.

"I knew there was no chance in the world that the head of the education branch, Lt. Col. Etty Burstein, would agree to what I was asking for, but I dared. 'I want to do a show with songs by Zohar Argov.'"

"Now you see. In the Air Force in 1993 there is no such thing as oriental music. The songs we used to sing were solely related to planes, pilots, wings, air, sky, blue, blue and the blue sea. I told her that and she had not yet thrown me into the military prison. She Yashar opened her big eyes, looked at me with a surprised look and said to me: "Great idea. Go for it, do the show."

"It was revolutionary and so was Etty Burstein, a Jerusalemite of Persian descent whom she did not see with her own eyes," Zo-Eretz went on to say excitedly about the headquarters that became a close friend and secret woman years after his release.

"Zohar Argov's show became the hottest and most successful thing in the Air Force. Din Din Aviv and I were a duo and signed for half a permanent year on an officer's terms because the demand for the show was enormous. With me my commander became my true friend."

"When I broke free and started my way in the world of the greats with quite a few failures, disappointments and frustrations, she did not give up on me and always knew to remind me in our weekly meetings how important it is to believe in myself, that it's all just a matter of time, patience and consistency until it happens to me. Volunteering and giving and how she always took care to say to me: 'Lord this country never forget where you came from'.

"This is the stage where my tears flow on the keyboard," Zo-Eretz wrote.

"This week Etty passed away and she is so young. Only 65. I discovered over the years that she had other such projects like me of young soldiers she met along the way, who have potential but need the little push, the human warmth and who may be a little lacking the same adult to believe in them. "Lt. Col. Etty Burstein, my commander and company. Thank you for everything. May your memory be blessed," Zo-Eretz signed the moving obituary, which received more than 9,000 likes and hundreds of embracing comments.

"I'm with Guy tears. Etty was a rare woman. I'm still looking for my words," Rotem Ohav wrote and Shiri Maimon added an emoji of a broken heart.

"You honored her memory," "You wrote so beautifully," others added.

"Amazing pictures, an exciting story. You reminded me of why we really put on a uniform," a surfer concluded.
