Sana'a - Sana
The Yemeni army’s air force launched an attack today targeting the airfields of warplanes at the Saudi regime’s Abha airport in the Asir region, hitting its targets accurately.
Alsumaria News quoted a spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, as saying, “Today, the air force targeted the airfields of warplanes at Abha International Airport with 4 drones of Samad 3 and bombed K2, investigating an accurate hit.”
Brigadier General Saree added, "We point out that the aggressive Saudi regime ignores all our previous and repeated warnings to use civilian airports for military purposes," stressing that this targeting comes in response to the continued air strikes and the unjust blockade on the Yemeni people.
Last September, the Yemeni Air Force targeted Abha airport with a Sammad 3 drone, and achieved its objectives accurately.
