Corona vaccinations in Munich: Please arrive as late as possible at your own appointment

As it was said on Tuesday from the town hall, there are still queues in Riem.

However, these are at least largely due to people who come to the vaccination center up to two hours before their appointment.

In addition, people without an appointment would queue up and delay the process.

Because only people who have already made an appointment via the vaccination portal are vaccinated.

People without an appointment must be turned away.

In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times and accumulations, the vaccination center asks all people who have arranged a vaccination appointment to arrive no more than ten minutes before the agreed appointment.

“You don't have to worry that your appointment will expire, even if you come a few minutes late,” says health officer Beatrix Zurek (SPD).

In addition, the waiting area in exhibition hall C3 will be enlarged.

Until the renovation is complete, heated tents with seating will be set up in front of the entrance.

How did they get on on Tuesday?

The whole process went very quickly.

The young employees here do their job excellently.

The vaccination didn't hurt, only the disinfectant was a bit cold.
