Defamed because described as Islamo-leftist?
The president of the FCPE, the first federation of parents of pupils, marked on the left, did not win a case in court.
Rodrigo Arenas, known for his rather open secular positions, had attacked Jean-Pierre Obin, former Inspector of National Education, for defamation.
In a book, published in the fall, the latter accused the federation - but also the League of Human Rights and the student union Unef - of having entered "

The FCPE has just been dismissed of its complaint.
