Proportional: the Modem does not lose hope of bringing the reform to fruition

Patrick Mignola, the boss of MoDem deputies, tabled a new bill on Wednesday evening, in addition to that already tabled on Tuesday, "to leave all the doors open".


The Modem does not lower its guard the day after a Council of Ministers during which the question of proportionality was raised.
