A judicial complex was inaugurated today in Adra Industrial City, and work was resumed at Al-Nashabiya Court in Rural Damascus after it was rehabilitated from the damage it suffered as a result of terrorism.
The Judicial Complex in Adra includes courts of civil first instance, civil and penal reconciliation, and an investigative judge, in addition to the public prosecution, the Sharia judge and the clerk of justice.
The Minister of Justice, Counselor Ahmed El-Sayed, indicated in a statement to reporters that the opening of the Judicial Complex in Adra aims to facilitate the litigation process, shorten distances and burdens on industrialists and businessmen, in addition to creating a notary office to provide all the requirements of the industrial and economic sector, in coordination with the Damascus Countryside Governorate.
Regarding Al-Nashabiya Court, the Minister pointed out that the restoration of the court came in cooperation with the local community and the Ministry of Justice in order to save time and effort for the people of the region and go to city centers, stressing the work to secure a notary and all the elements of the court’s work.
Attorney General in Rural Damascus, Counselor Ahmed Nasser, made a similar statement that the Judicial Complex will secure the status of litigation in the workers city of Adra, Adra al-Balad, Conscience and documentation of notary agencies for industrialists, referring to work to restore the judicial complexes in Rural Damascus.
The director of Adra Industrial City, Eng. Faris Faris, indicated that the opening of the judicial complex in the city would greatly contribute to easing the burden of distance from the city’s center for industrialists and saving time effort in addition to consolidating the principle of an integrated city in industrial cities.
