Sana'a - Sana
The missile force of the Yemeni army and the popular committees targeted this evening a ballistic missile at the King Khalid Air Base of the Saudi regime in Khamis Mushait, Asir, southern Saudi Arabia.
The Al Masirah website quoted a spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, as saying that “the missile force fired a ballistic missile at King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait and achieved a precise hit,” indicating that the ballistic missile used is a new model that was not previously disclosed.
Saree affirmed that targeting Al Qaeda comes in response to the continued air and military escalation of the Saudi aggression forces and the continued siege on Yemen.
Yesterday, the Yemeni army's air force targeted the airfields of warplanes at the Saudi regime's Abha airport in the Asir region and hit its targets accurately.
