Early on in the corona pandemic, it was said that the crisis was the hour of the executive.
In the meantime, this hour has turned into a year, and Germany is still in crisis mode.
2021 should actually be the year of the legislature: With six state elections and the federal election, Germany has a super election year ahead of it.
Do other issues besides the corona pandemic have a chance of becoming important in the election campaign?
And who could benefit if the crisis were under control in time for the general election?
