He practiced on Wednesdays at the Robert-Dubois leisure center and provided pre and post-school reception and canteen time at the Sauvageon 2 nursery school.

The facts date back to the end of December 2020. Following several reports, he was summoned by the services of the town hall and would have confessed the facts.

"The contract of this facilitator was to last a few months only, but it had been interrupted even before its end, indicates the mayor LR Bruno Gallier, who does not wish to comment on the facts.

As soon as we heard about the problem, we took action.

No contact with minors

The town hall claims to have "immediately" assumed its responsibilities by suspending the facilitator and then reporting the facts to the Departmental Directorate of Social Cohesion.

Warned, the prefect of Essonne issued an order prohibiting him from exercising for "any function whatsoever with minors".

This decree is valid throughout France.

The city also seized the public prosecutor and brought a civil action in addition to the parents' complaints.

With the aid association Mediavipp, the town has set up monitoring of families and announces "to strengthen its preventive actions for children [...] so that this situation, certainly exceptional, can not happen again.
