- What caused the delivery explosion?

The development of e-commerce and home delivery has been greatly amplified by the Covid crisis.

The confinement of individuals and the closure of restaurants and so-called non-essential businesses have forced consumers to change their purchasing methods.

The most telling illustration is the fast food industry.

After the 6 p.m. curfew, the few people on the streets are young people on bicycles or scooters, a thermal backpack on their shoulders or a similar case on the luggage rack bearing the name of a home porterage company.

What has this changed for e-commerce businesses?

We changed gear and size.
