Seven people were taken into pre-trial detention after the dismantling of drug trafficking (heroin, cocaine and cannabis) in Metz, police said on Friday.

Arrested on Tuesday during an operation involving 70 police officers, "
the seven implicated were imprisoned
" at the end of their
police
custody and their indictments, indicate in a joint statement the departmental direction of public security (DDSP ) of the Moselle and that of the Metz judicial police service.
This trafficking was "
orchestrated from the Les Isles district in Metz
", with drugs imported from the Netherlands and processed in the Metz region.
The police operation made it possible to seize 3.7 kg of heroin, 6.3 kg of cocaine, 6 kg of cannabis, "
several kilos of cutting products
", as well as three handguns, seven vehicles and 184,000 euros in cash, police detailed.

A clandestine laboratory, with a hydraulic press, specializing in the preparation and packaging of narcotic products, was notably discovered and neutralized in the metropolitan area of Metz,
" the statement added.
The seven people arrested remained "
evasive as to their involvement
" or remained silent during their custody, according to the police.
