health dictatorship

" is used in my opinion, wrongly and through.

On the other hand, experts, especially medical experts, have been placed in a position which should not be theirs from a democratic point of view.

They were made by rulers who no longer assume their role.

The scientific committee served as a guarantee for a power that played on fear to control populations.

And even in the moments of pause of the epidemic, the national representation was not associated with the strategic choices.
