- The coronavirus crisis has forced governments to take coercive measures, what do you think of the notion of health dictatorship that we heard recently from some opponents?

We must be careful not to use excessive terms, this term "
health dictatorship
" is used in my opinion, wrongly and through.
On the other hand, experts, especially medical experts, have been placed in a position which should not be theirs from a democratic point of view.
They were made by rulers who no longer assume their role.
The scientific committee served as a guarantee for a power that played on fear to control populations.
And even in the moments of pause of the epidemic, the national representation was not associated with the strategic choices.
