The Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, announced Thursday an agreement with three hospital unions (CFDT, FO, Unsa) to expand the increase of 183 euros net per month, paid since 2020 to almost all hospital workers.
It will be extended, as of June 1, to 18,500 public officials who have remained outside the “Ségur de la santé”.
The government is thus catching up with social and medico-social service agents attached to a public hospital (home care, disability, etc.) as well as certain “other structures” shared between several establishments (pharmacies, laundries).

of this upgrading, underlined the Prime Minister, Jean Castex.
It will cost a total of 83 million euros more per year to Social Security.
