President Alberto Fernández released this Saturday a harsh message to question the transfer of the cases for alleged illegal espionage perpetrated during the government of Cambiemos to the orbit of the courts of Comodoro Py and targeted the judges
"who come to the aid of their political constituents or corporate ".
"It is imperative to address changes that return to Justice the prestige that a few judges and prosecutors have made it lose," he said through his Twitter account.
This was the first pronouncement of the President after the ruling of Chamber IV of the Federal Criminal Cassation Chamber, which was known last Friday and which established that all the files related to the investigation of alleged espionage initiated against former officials of the macrismo, which resided in the courts of Lomas de Zamora to be processed in Comodoro Py.
It is very difficult to build a better democracy and a more solid Republic with judges who come to the aid of their political or corporate constituents.

The Head of State also replied to a series of messages broadcast by his Minister of Justice,
Marcela Losardo,
to point, without mentioning it, against former President Mauricio Macri.
"Today we know that there were judges who agreed and announced their rulings with the then president, who played tennis with him while they persecuted their opponents with legal tricks and who have always refused to make their assets public," said Losardo.
