Bassolino will turn 74 in a month, and he decided today to break the delay by formalizing an intention that had long been in the air.
Her name is added to that of the only other official candidate, Alessandra Clemente, current councilor of the council de Magistris and proposed by the outgoing mayor in continuity with her administrative experience.
The center-left has not yet expressed a candidate, and it will be necessary to see what reactions Bassolino's descent in the field will arouse a possible coalition among the parties;
